Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking; the balance is payable on arrival. A confidential health consultation will need to be completed at the start of your appointment. You are responsible for providing accurate information about any relevant health condition, medication, allergy, pregnancy, surgery and any other conditions or changes. If you have any significant or chronic health condition, allergy, recent treatment, are on medication or have any other concern, it is advisable to contact Aprisce prior to booking to assess suitability of the experience. It may be necessary to gain consent from your health care provider to receive the wellbeing experience. Pregnant women must seek consent from their GP, midwife or health care professional before an experience can take place. Although the therapist is a Registered Nurse and Registered Health Visitor, appointments are delivered solely as a wellbeing therapist. No nursing, health visiting, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or care planning can be provided. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. One rearrangement is permitted and the deposit will transfer. A further rearrangement or cancellation forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit will be required. Cancellations within 48 hours and non-attendance are charged in full. Late arrival may shorten the appointment without reducing the fee. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Aprisce’s discretion. Experiences support relaxation, wellbeing and self-care within a respectful, professional environment. Inappropriate language, harassment, sexual requests or behaviour causing discomfort or concern will end the appointment immediately. The full fee remains payable and future bookings may be refused. Aprisce cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged belongings. For your comfort during treatment, and as oil is used in many treatments, we recommend leaving jewellery at home. If Aprisce cancels or rearranges your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
