Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking; the balance is payable on arrival. A confidential consultation form must be completed before your first appointment. You must provide accurate, current information about your health, medication, allergies, pregnancy, surgery and relevant changes. Aprisce may adapt, postpone or decline an experience where it may not be safe or appropriate. Consent from a GP or other healthcare professional may sometimes be required. Although the therapist is a Registered Nurse and Registered Health Visitor, appointments are delivered solely as a wellbeing therapist. No nursing, health visiting, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or care planning can be provided. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. One rearrangement is permitted and the deposit will transfer. A further rearrangement or cancellation forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit will be required. Cancellations within 48 hours and non-attendance are charged in full. Late arrival may shorten the appointment without reducing the fee. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Aprisce’s discretion. Please tell your therapist about any discomfort or requested adjustment. Questions are welcome at any time. Experiences support relaxation, wellbeing and self-care within a respectful, professional environment. Inappropriate language, harassment, sexual requests or behaviour causing discomfort or concern will end the appointment immediately. The full fee remains payable and future bookings may be refused. Aprisce cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged belongings. Appropriate aftercare guidance may be provided. If Aprisce cancels or rearranges your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
