Cancellation Policy

Appointments are available in person at the Aprisce studio in Suffolk or online via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or another agreed platform. Appointments must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise agreed. Your appointment is confirmed once payment and written confirmation have been received. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. With sufficient notice, appointments may be rescheduled at no extra cost. Cancellations within 48 hours and non-attendance may be charged in full, as the time has been reserved for you. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Aprisce’s discretion. Please arrive or join promptly. Late sessions will normally finish at the scheduled time and the full fee remains payable. Missed appointments will not normally be refunded or rescheduled. Package sessions should usually be used within six months unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Online clients are responsible for a suitable internet connection and a quiet, private setting. If technical difficulties arise, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or rearrange the session. Mentoring is confidential unless there is a risk of serious harm, a safeguarding concern or disclosure is required by law or a court. Further information is available in the Aprisce Privacy Policy. Professional mentoring provides a confidential space to reflect, develop and work towards goals, including leadership, career progression, confidence, workplace challenges and professional growth. Mentoring is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice or financial advice. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions and are encouraged to participate actively and take ownership of agreed goals. If Aprisce cancels or rearranges a session, an alternative appointment or appropriate refund will be offered. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
