A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms the booking, with the balance payable on arrival. One rearrangement is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit will transfer. A further rearrangement or cancellation will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours and non-attendance are charged in full. Late arrival may shorten the session without reducing the fee. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Aprisce’s discretion. Five-week courses cost £50 and must be paid in full in advance. Dates and times are fixed. Missed sessions cannot be refunded, replaced, transferred or carried forward without prior written agreement. Health, suitability and safety A confidential consultation form must be completed before attendance. Parents and carers must provide accurate health information and report any changes. Aprisce may adapt, postpone or decline a session where massage may not be suitable. Sessions are suitable from first routine immunisations until independent mobility. Babies should not newly join once crawling, bottom shuffling or otherwise independently mobile. Seek advice from a Health Visitor, GP or pharmacist if unsure about suitability, illness, recent immunisations, treatment or oil choice. Aprisce does not provide oil. Parents must bring a suitable oil. Mats are provided, and you may bring a blanket, towel or mat. Sessions are baby-led. You may feed, change, cuddle or settle your baby at any time. Babies remain solely the responsibility of their parent or carer. Please do not attend if you or your baby is unwell or may pose an infection risk. Refreshments may be provided. Parents are responsible for hot-drink safety and must disclose allergies. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory or threatening behaviour may result in the session ending and future bookings being refused.
